Die TB&C als Unternehmen der DELTA Electronics Gruppe mit dem Hauptsitz in Herborn Burg (Hessen) und den weltweiten Produktionsstandorten in Herborn, Mexiko und Rumänien beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung, Projektierung und Produktion von Hybrid-Bauteilen (Metall- und Kunststoffverbunde) und elektronischen Baugruppen für die Elektromobilität. Darüber hinaus stellt das Unternehmen Hybridprodukte für Konsumgüter-, Medizin- und Industriekunden her.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

  • Lead accurate and timely monthly financial reporting in line with local GAAP and Delta Group policies.
  • Maintain a fully reconciled general ledger with appropriate accruals and prepayments.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) and other statutory requirements.
  • Lead annual budgeting and year-end statutory financial reporting.
  • Manage a finance team of 5 people, establish measurable KPIs, and ensure ongoing performance tracking.
  • Exercise strict control over working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables.
  • Oversee order-to-cash processes ensuring efficiency and compliance with both local rules and group policy.
  • Actively participate in local management team decision-making, promoting financial discipline and compliance with the authority matrix.

Project Work / Change Management :

  • Improve working capital through better stock control, credit management, and streamlined invoicing processes.
  • Implement updates to the local authority matrix aligned with Group policies.
  • Ensure full functionality of the OA (Office Automation) system with timely improvements.
  • Enhance the accuracy and quality of financial reporting.
  • Lead financial and commercial evaluation in contract reviews; collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve terms and report to Corporate.

    • Qualifications

    Job Experience :

  • Proven 5-10 years experience in a global PLC environment with rigorous reporting timelines and standardized financial practices.
  • Background in manufacturing and project supply industries, with a focus on establishing strong internal controls.
  • Comprehensive understanding of working capital management.
  • Experienced in reviewing and negotiating customer contracts to minimize financial and commercial risk.
  • Participation in local management teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Proficient in SAP finance modules and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.

    • Language :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English .

    • Managerial Skills :

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with team management.
  • Ability to set KPIs and monitor team performance.

    • Personal Attributes :
