We are an early-stage startup funded by leading European VCs with the mission to build advanced small Unmanned Systems to strengthen European sovereignty and security.


What we’re looking for

We're looking for a service-minded, highly organized person to own our front desk and office operations. You'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors: clients, investors, candidates, partners, and the person who makes sure our office runs like clockwork behind the scenes.


The day-to-day

  • You'll manage our front desk: welcoming and hosting visitors, always knowing who's coming and going, and making sure every guest feels well taken care of
  • You'll own our meeting rooms end-to-end — bookings, availability, and making sure they're always presentable and ready to go
  • You'll coordinate with external stakeholders like our landlord, cleaning team, and other service providers to keep the office running smoothly
  • You'll manage supplies — drinks, snacks, stationery, printer essentials — keeping stock levels topped up and reordering before anything runs low
  • You'll handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, plus scanning and printing as needed
  • You'll spot what's broken or not working and take care of getting it fixed
  • From time to time, you'll help plan and run internal events and team offsites

You should apply if you

  • Are looking for a full-time role, Monday to Friday or part-time Monday to Thursday (80%)
  • Bring a genuine service mentality: ideally with a background in hospitality, gastronomy, or front-of-house roles, and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Are fluent in both German and English (C1+ in each).
  • Are highly reliable, structured, and organized in everything you do.
  • Don't wait to be told twice — you spot what needs doing and just take care of it.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, whether with guests, your own team, or external partners.


Nice to haves

  • Prior experience in office management, hospitality, or event management
  • Driver's license
  • Flexible and pragmatic mindset
