About the role

• Overall responsibility for office management at the RWE site in Jemgum
• Provide general administrative and executive support, including assistance to the Nordseecluster General Manager
• Manage rental contracts and act as key interface to RWE Technology International
• Oversee building access management and ensure smooth site operations
• Coordinate internal and external events, including planning, budgeting and cost control
• Organize visitor management, bookings and site tours
• Manage PR/PO creation and invoice processes in close cooperation with Finance and Accounting
• Continuously review and improve administrative processes and support the Offshore Wind Apprenticeship Coordinator

Job requirements and experience

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification, e.g., office management assistant or similar
• Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in an international environment
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Discretion, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills, particularly in working with senior management
• Very good written and verbal communication skills (German and English required, Dutch an advantage)
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams) as well as SAP
