We are seeking a certified Master Cleaner ( Geb udereinigungsmeister ) with a minimum of two years of experience in professional cleaning and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will oversee and execute cleaning operations for residential commercial and industrial buildings ensuring high standards of cleanliness safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead cleaning teams in the maintenance of buildings including offices residential complexes and industrial facilities.
• Plan and implement cleaning schedules to ensure efficiency and thoroughness.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Manage cleaning equipment chemicals and supplies ensuring they are used safely and maintained properly.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Address client requests and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning operations.
• Prepare reports on cleaning activities including materials used and tasks completed.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Implement ecofriendly cleaning practices where possible.

Education
