We have an exciting opportunity for you as :

Manager Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) (all genders welcome) within Finance department of the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt / Main, Germany.

Job Mission :

As a Manager Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR, K-SoX) you will be responsible to proceed Kia EU ICFR and IT general control for all subsidiaries. And also coordinates Kia HQ ICFR team's requests and supports communication between Kia HQ and Subsidiaries.

Your Responsibilities :

Core Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary Korean ICFR(K-SOX), specifically with respect to the control environment for Kia EU and its 13 subsidiaries.

Perform planning, designing, and implementing the build-out and on-going maintenance of Kia HQ ICFR controls and related procedures.

Collaborate with control owners to ensure controls are effective and remedies for control deficiencies are carried out.

Lead the internal test and documentation for Kia EU operational control and Kia EU & Subs' IT General control.

Support the ICFR audits, both external and internal audit and serve as a subject-matter expert on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.

Implement a ICFR management system and support the system operation.

Provide timely and detailed status updates on control readiness, testing results and remediation plans to management.

Additional Tasks : Process Improvement of Kia EU and Subs' next generation ERP implementation

Support the planning and role-out of New SAP FI & CO implementation on Financial Accounting and Management Reporting related to ICFR

Evaluate whether the defined standard processes align with Kia EU & Subs' control Matrix and support to place effective controls into the new ERP implementation.

Your Talents : Education :

University degree in business administration or accounting / controlling

Experience :

A minimum of 6-8 years relevant experiences

Financial Audit and Internal Control experiences favorable

Skills :

Inter-cultural awareness and understanding

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Understanding on Financial and Management accounting

Good computer skills (MS-Office), especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP BI preferable

Knowledge of FI Controlling Framework

Good analytical & problem solving skill

Accuracy and timely responsiveness
