Stellenbeschreibung

As finance manager you are responsible for timely issuance amendment and discharge of bank guarantees.

You drive continuous improvement harmonization and quality assurance of the global guarantee processes and optimize the intercompany funding structures and capital allocation

Furthermore you take over the management and negotiation of contracts with banks.

You support operational units in guarantee creation and management and give guidance for legal entities regarding intercompany financing.

Qualifications :

Education : Master or Diploma degree in Business Administration and / or Finance with a focus on accounting
Work Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience in treasury or finance preferably in an international environment; proven experience in managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes; solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization; proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations; international experience in treasury finance or risk management roles preferably in complex organizational environments
Personality and Working Practice : strong communicator strategical thinker and strong entrepreneurial mindset with an independent responsible process and performanceorientated analytical as well as structured working method
Languages : excellent written and spoken English and German language skills other language skills beneficial
