Under the responsibility of the General Manager of the new German entity SOCOMORE BONDING GmbH, which has just joined the SOCOMORE Group, you will participate in the integration of this new subsidiary in the areas of marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales. The entity is composed of people and its mission is to develop sales of bonding solutions in EMEA by combining the expertise of its two co-shareholders, SOCOMORE (present for over years in the Specialty Chemicals Market, M€ revenue: EMEA %, NOAM %, ROW %) and HANSI (M$ revenue for years, predominantly present in China).
Your missions will be as follows:
Administer the marketing data for Adhesive products to feed both the Product Information Management (PIM) system, the Corporate SOCOMORE website, and the dedicated Adhesive website, the implementation of which you will manage with the Sales Development Manager and the company responsible for its construction.
Ensure the management and operational use of the SOCOMORE Bonding information system across a wide spectrum ranging from customer order taking, material purchasing/receipt, manufacturing declarations, customer delivery and invoicing, and supplier invoice reconciliation.
Support the Product Development and Sales team in administering leads in the CRM.
This mission operates in a startup mode in Germany, supported and guided by the combined expertise and resources of two mid-cap groups (ETI), SOCOMORE, a group of French origin, and HANSI, a Chinese group.
It is an ideal experience for a young professional who wants to be a broad player in a developing activity in an international context and based in Germany. It is an ideal opportunity to learn about and act in the operation of a company with a very diverse scope due to a small, start-up mode team.
You will report to the subsidiary's General Manager, who is German and also speaks English but not French.
Profile required
Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Supply Chain
Very comfortable with Digital without being a specialist in digital technologies
Rigorous and comfortable with interpersonal communication in a very diverse context of different professions, different cultures (European and Chinese), and professional relationships (Multi-disciplinary locally in Germany and with the Group, Clients, Suppliers)
Fluent German, English, and French
