At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.What you will do : Drive targeted, sustainable improvement in QDCI (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Innovation) that is tied to Policy Deployment (PD) and / or Daily Management (DM) by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and the change management process at DasselAssist Dassel company Leadership in the development of a DBS RoadmapDirectly provide formal and informal DBS training and coachingFacilitate other DBS training sessions when appropriate (other trainers and consultants from Danaher, Shingijutsu or other) and be an active Leader in PD and Daily Management reviewsEnsure successful kaizen events by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process (includes; (1) planning of kaizens with a dynamic funnel process tied to PD and Daily Management, (2) kaizen execution and (3) sustainment of kaizens).Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate DBS tools to eliminate themPromote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools and kaizen leadershipWho you are : BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experienceAbility to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of viewMastery of a variety of DBS tools (either Lean or Growth related DBS Tools, depending on areas(s) they support)Demonstrated leadership capabilitiesAbility to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives Fluent in English and GermanIt would be a plus if you are also experienced : Preferably proven track record of successful project management Benefits : Standard pay with a 40-hour week as well as Incentive compensation bonus​Numerous benefits such as a fitness allowance, accident insurance, company pension scheme and capital-forming benefits ​Health care such as preventive medical check-ups ​Opportunities for professional development International Corporate environment in a rapidly growing industryAt Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow’s science and technology.
