Job Description

The Project Coordinator we are looking for will support the implementation of innovative solutions in the Supply Chain of our service center in Biebesheim.

Your responsibility :

  • Support continuous improvement programs in quality, safety and sustainability, with the involvement of cross functional teams, ensure recertification (ISO, OHSAS),
  • Coordinate a quality program with Head of Production to ensure Customer Satisfaction,
  • To support the investigation of External and Internal quality complaints,
  • To perform specific detailed analysis (statistical, technical design, FMEAs, etc.) to provide all the information requested by other departments such as Engineering, Quality, etc.
  • Support Order and Invoice Process for the location.

Our Requirements :

  • Certificate in Lean Manufacturing,
  • NEBOSH General Certificate; Tech degree, Safety level 1, Environmental level B, Environmental qualification,
  • Auditing, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,
  • Experience in Production activities, desirable in automotive sector,
  • Well-developed people skills and experience of performance improvement in a team working environment,
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a Health & safety role in a high volume / target driven manufacturing or high-risk environments,
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma,
  • Office (excel, word, PowerPoint), Statistical software desirable (MINITAB or similar), FMEA software (desirable),
  • Languages : fluent German is a must, fluent English is a very nice to have.
