Associate General Counsel
Location : Stuttgart (hybrid)
Our client is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its legal team. In this strategic and operational position, you will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to supporting international business activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a primary legal advisor for commercial agreements, supplier and customer negotiations, and compliance matters.
- Advise on a broad range of legal topics, including intellectual property, IT law, data protection (GDPR), and EU regulatory requirements.
- Support critical issues such as warranty disputes, M&A, and litigation management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
- Develop and deliver training on legal and compliance topics to internal teams.
- Contribute to shaping legal frameworks in an evolving, software-driven automotive environment.
