Requirements

  • Certified accountant (IHK) with indepth knowledge of accounting. Knowledge of ERP systems (we use SAP Business One)
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and interest in process optimization.
  • SQL knowledge and DATEV certification are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of tax law and compliance is a plus.
  • Responsible detailoriented and proactive.
  • Ability to lead and work closely with crossfunctional teams and bring creativity and flexibility to problem solving.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of annual financial statements for external tax advisors. Management of profit and loss statements and overseeing financial data analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Monthly cost analysis and detailed financial reporting.
  • Management and development of the accounting department.
  • Handling of ongoing business transactions and company accounts.
  • Optimization of accounting processes using ERP systems (SAP Business One).
  • Management of the entire accounting system inhouse with the aim of rationalization and minimizing external handover to tax advisors.
