StellenbeschreibungAssist in resolving client issues by acting as a liaison with branch and corporate offices on issues including benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety. Recommends topics for development of client training programs. Deliver presentations that meet high quality standards. Build strong client relationships and provide quality services. Confer with the HR Manager on the development of appropriate strategies for clients relative to employee relations, disciplinary, operations and performance. Guide clients on problem resolutions for employee issues pertaining to leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, and disability accommodations. Keeps abreast of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation. Performing client visits. Consult with clients on industry trends and compliance issues. Degree or high-level professional qualifications. Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience. Ability to stand in for the HR Manager as and when required. Exceptional IT user skills. Client focused individual. Fluent in German and English. Willingness to advance skill levels.
