Skills Provision is searching for a HR Generalist to work for a service-based company in Germany.

Location : Frankfurt, Germany

Position : Permanent

Salary

  • 55,000 p / a

The Role

  • Assist in resolving client issues by acting as a liaison with branch and corporate offices on issues including benefits, payroll, human resources, and safety.
  • Recommends topics for development of client training programs.
  • Deliver presentations that meet high quality standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide quality services.
  • Confer with the HR Manager on the development of appropriate strategies for clients relative to employee relations, disciplinary, operations and performance.
  • Guide clients on problem resolutions for employee issues pertaining to leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, and disability accommodations.
  • Keeps abreast of trends and changes in Human Resources legislation.
  • Performing client visits.
  • Consult with clients on industry trends and compliance issues.
  • Requirements

  • Degree or high-level professional qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Ability to stand in for the HR Manager as and when required.
  • Exceptional IT user skills.
  • Client focused individual.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to advance skill levels.
