Our client, an independent AIFM founded in the early 2000's and established in Luxembourg, they are specializing in the management and administration of real estate funds. With billions assets under management, they focus on providing comprehensive services for clients who wish to invest in European real estate, mainly in Germany. Our team is diverse, multicultural, and dedicated to delivering top-tier investment solutions.

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our accounting team. The person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate companies.

Junior Accountant - Your responsibilities :

  • Perform full-cycle accounting for holdings and PropCos from data entry to annual financial statements, payments, and communication with external providers and tax advisors.
  • Manage full process for including consolidation, internal and tax invoices, and other related tasks using SAP.
  • Work closely with property managers to ensure the accuracy of PropCo accounting.
  • Ensure that all financial operations are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Gradually take on more complex portfolios as you gain experience.

Junior Accountant - Your profile :

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting within a financial structure
  • Strong knowledge of SAP is required.
  • Proficiency in German and English .
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong understanding of financial reporting, general accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • A competitive salary of up to €55,000 gross per year , plus a performance-based bonus.
