We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a :

PRODUCT MAKETING MANAGER

OUR CLIENT

Our client is part of a leading European provider of private label and contract manufacturing solutions for household and personal care products. The Luxembourg site plays a key role in supporting international operations, offering a dynamic, multicultural environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This is a one-year contract.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Product Marketing Manager defines and manages the product portfolio for their area, ensuring it meets market and customer needs. They are responsible for building and driving the NPD / EPD pipeline, leading related projects, and adapting products for successful market fit.

Working closely with Sales, the Product Marketing Manager analyses performance, identifies opportunities or low-demand products, and supports commercial teams with the right tools and content to execute category recommendations

Market Monitoring

• Understands  local market dynamics and category insights. Makes correct product recommendations.
• Analyses customers' assortment developing recommendation for range reviews.
• Analyses price gaps between private label and brands to understand competitiveness.
• Monitors local brands and competitors (in collaboration with R&D and Sales) and understand relevant insights

Category Planning

Product Portfolio Management

Project Management

Customers / Tenders Support

Requirements

The profile we are looking for :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, category management, or brand management

Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail environments

Solid knowledge of product lifecycle management (NPD, EPD, portfolio optimisation)

Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
