This challenge awaits you :

As Senior Sales Manager Global, you will be responsible for the support and further development of a customer group or market. You will have extensive experience in international sales and take a leading role in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Your focus will be on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities. Actively shape the future of the company and make a significant contribution to the success of our sales department!

Your tasks :

You will develop and implement account strategies and manage a customer group or market.
You build long-term customer relationships and maintain existing partnerships.
You identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends and competitive activities.
You conduct offer and contract negotiations and coordinate the acquisition process strategically and operationally.
You create sales reports and forecasts and ensure data quality in the CRM.
You will represent the company at trade fairs and industry events to expand your network.

Necessary knowledge :

Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.

At least 5 years of professional experience in international sales, ideally in a comparable position.

Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop suitable solutions.

High degree of initiative, results orientation and entrepreneurial thinking.

Willingness to travel regularly.

Language skills : English at least at level B2; knowledge of German is an advantage.

Desired knowledge :

Very good understanding of automotive value chains.

Affinity for business models in a digital context.

Confident handling of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a data-driven approach to managing sales processes.

Ability to work in international teams and support customers in different cultural contexts (intercultural competence).
