Join a global team that values creativity, collaboration, and progress.How you will make a differenceSupplier Onboarding : You identify and onboard suppliers to meet project needs in New Product Development and life-cycle-management, cost-saving goals, and future technology requirements.Procurement Management : You drive and manage RFQs, purchase orders, price negotiations, and frame contracts within NPD and life-cycle-management.Improving Value Proposition : You challenge engineering team with Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VA / VE) ideas from supplier side.Quality and Cost Optimization : You address quality and delivery issues while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle.Sourcing Alignment : You are aligning the actions with the global project team members and strategic purchasing for sourcing strategy and secure project milestones.Supplier Innovation : You promote supplier-driven innovation and early involvement to support strategic goals.Supplier Risk Management : You identify potential risks in the supply chain and carry out active strategies and action plans. Ensure the compliance level of suppliers.What you should be good atEducation : Commercial or engineering degree.Experience : Proven experience in technical and strategic procurement, with expertise in SAP and purchasing tools.Personality : Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills.
