Thefollowing challenges await you : As "Head (m / f / d) of Global Quality"you are responsible for leading the development and execution ofthe global quality strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment acrossall functions, including design, supply, manufacturing, andcustomer-facing quality processes. You lead the creation andmaintenance of robust quality assurance frameworks for all productsand processes. In addition, you oversee the implementation ofquality control measures at every stage of the product lifecycle,from design through to final product delivery. You drive globalinitiatives to enhance product quality, optimize testing processes,and reduce defects and rework. Moreover, you proactively identifyrisks related to product quality, safety, and compliance, anddevelop mitigation strategies. You build, lead, and mentor ahigh-performing team of quality professionals. You build andmaintain strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatorybodies. Your profile : Master's degree in Engineering (e.g.,Materials Science, Physics, Electronics) or a related field.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Managementwithin the electronics or automotive industry, with a strongpreference for sensor technology. Fluent in English Provenexperience leading global quality initiatives and managing qualityteams across multiple regions and cultures. Effective communicationand stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with bothtechnical and non-technical audiences. Strategic mindset with theability to implement long-term goals while managing day-to-dayoperations. Strong passion for driving quality, innovation, andcontinuous improvement in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.Proven experience in leading and managing quality teams with afocus on team development.
