To strengthen our Technology department – Plates HX cluster within Kelvion, we are looking for a :

Product Line Manager (m / f / d)

We're seeking engineering talent to join one of our global sites to drive our Technology function in Sarstedt and help shape the future of the heat exchanger industry. Our promise : we'll give you comprehensive training for the right start into your job and support you every step of the way in our company.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Guiding your product line through every lifecycle phase!
  • Listening to the market our customers, staying updated on future trends and needs
  • Monitoring and analyzing competition with Market Intelligence support and input data
  • Developing yourself as a product line expert, continuously collecting and capitalizing product know how in all dimensions (design, supply chain, manufacturing)
  • Initiating and supervising product strategy, new developments, upgrades, localisation and termination in coordination with Research and Innovation, Product Development and New Product Introduction teams
  • Ensuring competitive positioning and continuous improvement based on PL figures

Your qualifications :

  • Engineering Diploma or Master of Science degree in mechanical or thermal engineering or a similar field
  • Extensive knowledge in project & lateral management
  • Experience in product development (R&D, application engineering, Product lifecycle Management) or technical sales
  • Extensive knowledge of the plate heat exchanger market, associated design and manufacturing processes, including welding and brazing.
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to successfully lead a remote (project) team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage across a global matrix organization
  • Readiness for travel
