How can you help us

The ideal candidate will be the right hand to the national business line leader not only in financial topics but also with regards to the strategic agenda in the cluster (organizational development M&A etc.) . From the financial perspective you will be responsible for P&L statements analysing the balance sheet and leading the monthly closing processes . Your insights will help executives make business decisions which is why you will also be strongly focused on identifying ways to improve profitability  and keeping your hand on sales trends cost behavior or market changes.

We are looking for someone with  leadership skills  who is not afraid to motivate and develop your own team members. You should be  naturally curious and creative  when it comes to transforming the business.

Are financial management and team development in your DNA You will set key performance indicators and  drive progression  towards goals. Ideally you should also enjoy  liaising with executive leaders .

Qualifications : Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary

Background :  Approx. 5 years of working experience in a leadership finance position.

Education :  Masters degree or higher in Finance Economics or Business.

Languages : Proficient in German and English.

Technical knowledge (IT) :   Solid computer skills (Office Package) especially Excel.

What else should I know

Position is full-time and based in one of our offices in the South of Germany . Frequent travelling between the different locations in the DACH region is included. We offer excellent benefits and a company car.
