Skillsearch is helping a games studio find a Production Director to join their collaborative team in Offenburg, Germany. The full-time Production Director role comes with a generous salary and many excellent benefits.

As a Production Director, you will perform service tasks such as streamlining communication, building strong working relationships between all departments, and understanding and anticipating stakeholder needs. You will also help define the product vision, gather and prioritise product and high-level customer requirements, and assist with coordination between product and service teams to meet company strategies and goals.

In your first week in this Production Director role, you can expect to :

• Manage the development team
• Be part of the studio management group and work closely with executive directors
• Plan and organise projects and deliver on time and on budget
• Liaise with different departments to facilitate communication
• Be accountable for management and facilitation of relationships with external producers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in game development and a keen knowledge of how each discipline operates and interacts. You will also need the following :
