Were looking for a curious and techsavvy Instructional Designer to turn complex product knowledge into clear engaging content that educates and empowers our users. Youll partner closely with Product Engineering and Customer Success to deeply understand our platform and create learning experiences that help users succeedwhether theyre just getting started or diving into advanced features.

Your responsibilities

Work closely with Product Engineering and Customer teams to understand our AI platforms features and use cases

Design and develop product learning contentvideos walkthroughs tutorialsfor both technical and nontechnical users

Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers Designers and SMEs to gather insights and keep content accurate and up to date

Identify user pain points and learning gaps and proactively create content that solves them

Support customer onboarding selfservice enablement and adoption through clear outcomedriven content

Contribute to the strategy voice and consistency of our learning experience

Use data and user feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and training outcomes

Your profile

Knowledge of AI & Machine Learning Technologies : Strong understanding of machine learning artificial intelligence and large language models.

Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to break down complex technical topics into easily understandable content for diverse audiences and demonstrate strong verbal and written skills in English; German will be a plus

Proficiency with Learning Tools : Experience working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) learning management systems (e.g. Absorb LMS) and storyboard scripting (optional).
