As a leading "pure player" in the hydrogen field, McPhy designs and manufactures a range of hydrogen production and valorization equipment, including electrolyzers built on robust and proven technology : pressurized alkaline electrolysis.

Your scope and daily tasks

  • working in an electrochemistry laboratory for alkaline water electrolysis
  • Operating a test bench for alkaline water electrolysis
  • Electrochemical performance of materials and corrosion, Mechanical stability, conductivity
  • Laboratory maintenance and organisation
  • Support of R&D activities

Your profile

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's degree programme, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science
  • Preferably already experience in working in a laboratory environment and Expertise in electrochemistry, electrochemical engineering, or materials science
  • Careful, independent, and solution-orientated way of working
  • Communicative, open-minded and reliable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken English; German, Italian, or French are an advantage
  • To move forward in our environment in constant motion, you need to be solution-oriented & agile
  • To have a result-oriented spirit, ownership & sense of initiative at every level of the company
