About the role
At Booming Games we are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Artist to join our team. As a Technical Artist you will work closely with the Art Lead and Product Owner to create visually stunning games. Your responsibilities will include preparing exporting optimizing and implementing game assets and animations creating prototypes and mock-ups designing user interfaces and layouts and maintaining the organization of creative assets. Additionally you will be responsible for documenting technical specifications and guidelines for asset creation and pipeline processes. If you are a tech-oriented individual with a passion for game development and possess excellent communication skills attention to detail and project management abilities we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create games in collaboration with the Product team and the Design team.
- Prepare prototypes and mock-ups for game and feature behaviours.
- Conceptualize visuals and develop design concepts graphics layouts and UI assets based on requirements.
- Prepare documentation with technical specifications and guidelines for Game Artists and Animators.
- Present ideas and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
- Prepare and export game assets from multiple sources and tools.
- Interface between Design and Development Teams ensuring an optimal implementation of game assets.
