We work on a range of projects… both qual and quant, tracking and ad-hoc and cover a huge range of topics including brand, customer needs, product / proposition development and market opportunities.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. As a key player, you’ll play a crucial role in the growth of the business in DACH, developing strong relationships and the seamless execution of a wide variety of research projects.
The role offers variety and will include :
- Growing the DACH business by understanding client research needs, writing winning proposals for new and existing clients and pitching.
- I mplementing outbound business development initiatives , including (but not limited to) new client outreach and lead generation, lapsed client programmes, existing account upsell, and building relationships within the broader dentsu / Merkle group to identify and create research opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to build and communicate a DACH marketing plan to deliver growth in the DACH region.
- Overseeing research projects from start to finish. Translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into impactful insights and recommendations for clients.
- Owning and fostering relationships with clients, finding opportunities to rejuvenate lapsed clients and growing the size of existing accounts.
- Mentoring and guiding team members enhancing their client management skills and insight capabilities.
