We are looking for a Heating Product Manager in Germany to build a sustainable future together in LG Electronics. This position will be mainly responsible for leading, directing and controlling Heating (AWHP) business, in order to expand the brand’s position in the EU market.

- Define business strategy in coordination with the Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Sales Leaders to improve LG’s positions in Europe’s AWHP market
- Lead the organization to define the business scheme and infrastructure to enhance business growth
- Monitor sales and project management development on a regular basis by communicating closely with Subsidiaries’ Product Directors and Heating dedicated staff
- Regular business progress reporting to the EU Air Solutions Business Leader and EU B2B Business Top Management
- Analyse and establish the go-to-market strategy to improve heating channel penetration
- Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, identify bottlenecks, including turning strategy into cross-functional aligned tactics
- Monitor the key market trends in Europe and in close relationship with HQ define and follow robust product development processes and practices resulting in higher product competency in the European heating market
- Develop marketing activities’ plan (ATL, BTL) with Subsidiaries, collaborating closely with Sales Teams and HQ to develop customer-centric communication assets
- Enhance the business relationship with Key accounts and partners to improve pipeline management for future business opportunities and increase sales revenue / profitability
- Build up partnership with a boiler manufacturer to develop a hybrid product range to be launched and promoted through the heating sales channels
