The Role :
At Bond we design innovative solutions for our clients, helping them build ever-stronger loyalty to their brands. As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience , you will design, develop and implement employee experience solutions that meet the needs of Bond’s clients.
Bond offers you the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team of experience designers and industry professionals to create engaging solutions for international clients in sectors such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, retail, and hospitality.
A Day in The Life :
As the Kommunikationsdesigner / -in Customer Experience , you will support development of a wide range of customer and employee experience solutions for our clients.
This might include :
Enablement and Training.
- Assessing learning needs, analyzing existing training assets and creating and designing instructor-led training, eLearning, mLearning, workshops, post-tests, etc.
Engagement and Communications.
Employee Engagement and Customer Experience Discovery
Regionalization.
