OFFICE MANAGER M / W

  • Do you have proven experience of 5 years as an office manager ?
  • Do you appreciate to work with board members and facilitate colleague's work ?
  • Do you speak English fluently and have good knowledges of English ?

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the board, management, shareholders, and stakeholders, managing effective communication.
  • Organize and facilitate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate meeting minutes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management
  • Give administrative support to staff members.
  • Maintain corporate records.
  • Promote ethical behavior and corporate responsibility throughout the organization, developing relevant policies.
  • Requirements

    YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience : 5 years of experience as an office manager or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Presentation Skills : Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to prepare high-quality presentations.
  • Initiative and Precision : Taking initiative and maintaining rigor are essential attributes.
  • Dynamic and Versatile : Energetic and adaptable in various tasks and responsibilities.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in English and good knowledge in French.
  • Legal and Corporate Expertise : legal and corporate knowledge is a strong asset
