Das erwartet Dich

Störungsannahme, Priorisierung und eigenständige Behebung, Bearbeitung, Weiterleitung und Dokumentation der Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem

Kundenbetreuung telefonisch, per E-Mail und mittels Remote-Support-Software

Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung unserer Produkt- und Service-Knowledge-Base

Durchführung von Schulungen zur Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung unserer Software

Wartung und Instandhaltung der Schulungshardware

Das solltest Du mitbringen

erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

ausgeprägtes Kunden- und Servicebewusstsein

rasche Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit

Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) für die Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld

selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
