Your day at NTT DATA

The Head of Hybrid Data Centre GTM Europe is a senior leadership role, accountable for developing, leading and executing strategic initiatives related to regional and global practice solutions to ensure the achievement of long-term results within the context of a rapidly evolving digital economy.

The primary objective of this role is to lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice(s) aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy and fulfils business development, practice development and product management functions that accelerate success within the assigned geography / practice(s).

This role ensures that the practice is grown in line with the global solutions and services strategy and contributes to the development of the practice strategy while fostering a collaborative and innovative team cultures focused on operational excellence. Key responsibilities :

• Leads the strategic and operational aspects of practice solutions, driving the achievement both short-term and long-term objectives and enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Identifies key performance drivers, set challenging targets and holds team members accountable for achieving results.
• Leads and manages the transformation and growth for selling the practice solutions across the global footprint.
• Directs, owns and optimizes the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for clients, aligning with the business strategies and priorities.
• Continually strives to innovate new and differentiated offerings that are repeatable and scalable for clients to help drive more intimate and longstanding client relationships.
• Recommends, leads, identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
• Leads and manages a team of directors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.
• Designs and implements effective leadership structures and governance models.
• Develops and manages a budget for the go-to-market practice solutions.
• Drives the development and support a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.
• Authorizes and drives the implementation of operational policies and procedures for optimal practice efficiency.
• Leads and drives solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and the profitability to the business, whilst ensuring client requirements are met.
• Ensures the definition and implementation of standards and tools for new solution architecture and delivers continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable and competitive practice.
