About your role :
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting Fidelity’s Institutional Asset Management team in Germany and will act as the main link to our global investment and sustainable investing teams. You will take ownership of client and prospect support, market and investment updates, business reporting, events and will oversee client activities of the Institutional Asset Management team.
Key responsibilities :
- Support the institutional sales colleagues in their servicing of existing client accounts, the preparation of client and prospect meetings and assisting in new mandate tenders, incl. coordinating the response to request for proposals (RFP) in collaboration with the RFP and global investment teams
- Work with Institutional Asset Management team to build and promote the Fidelity strategies, services and brand to existing clients and prospects
- Support the Head of Institutional Asset Management in the preparation of business reporting to our senior management and monitor the execution of sales development and key account plans
- Support our sustainable investing activities, incl. the preparation of client workshops and materials
- Work with the marketing team on the organisation and delivery of large scale national and regional events for institutional clients
