Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Process Improvement : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Analyze current processes and design innovative solutions using the BPM tool or low-code platform. Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance. Platform Adoption : Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation. Team Management : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Required Skills and Experience : Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment. Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
