Tasks We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader since all relative departments of the organization will be under their command. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Responsibilities : Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting . Oversee crypto asset management, treasury functions, and risk management . Ensure compliance with global financial regulations, tax laws, and crypto accounting standards . Manage relationships with banks, payment providers, and financial institutions. Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation across crypto and fiat holdings. Monitor and report on financial performance, profitability, and key financial KPIs . Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance with KYC / AML policies. Provide financial insights for tokenomics, fundraising, and investment strategies .Lead financial audits, tax planning, and investor reporting . Work closely with the executive team to support business growth and strategic initiatives. Requirements Experience : Proven experience as Head of Finance or Finance Director in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or financial services . Strong understanding of crypto markets, DeFi, tokenomics, and digital assets . Expertise in crypto accounting, tax implications, and regulatory frameworks (GAAP / IFRS, SEC, FCA, etc.) . Experience managing crypto payments, exchanges, and smart contract-based transactions . Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, risk management, and forecasting . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in financial software, blockchain analytics tools, and DeFi protocols .
