Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Verantwortung für Finanzbuchhaltung, Controlling und Mahnwesen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von aktuell drei Mitarbeitern
  • Mitglied des Management Teams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Akteure im Umfeld des Back Office (Kunden, Händler, Verkäufer, Kollegen, usw.), insbesondere bei Sondersachverhalten
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach LUX-GAAP und IFRS sowie monatlicher Reportings gegenüber den Gesellschaftern VWFS und Losch
  • Überwachung und Analyse von KPIs sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Finanzbehörden
  • Cash-Management und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Budgets
  • Weiterentwicklung der Controllingprozesse und Reportingtools
  • Koordination von Projekten, ad-hoc Analysen und Präsentationen

Ihr Profil :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuerberatung, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung eines Teams
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Bilanzierungskenntnisse sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und persönlichem Engagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache, Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen und französischen Sprache sind von Vorteil

    Head of Finance [m / f / d]

    Vos tâches :

  • Responsabilité de la comptabilité financière, du contrôle de gestion et des rappels de paiement
  • Direction technique et disciplinaire d'une équipe composée actuellement de trois collaborateurs
  • Membre de l'équipe de gestion et collaboration étroite avec la direction de l'entreprise
  • Interlocuteur central pour tous les acteurs de l'environnement du back office (clients, distributeurs, vendeurs, collègues, etc.), notamment en cas de situations particulières
  • Responsabilité de l'établissement des comptes mensuels et annuels selon LUX-GAAP et IFRS ainsi que des reportings mensuels vis-à-vis des associés VWFS et Losch.
  • Surveillance et analyse des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et déduction de recommandations d'action.
  • Interlocuteur pour les commissaires aux comptes et les autorités financières
  • Gestion de la trésorerie et planification des liquidités
  • Soutien lors de l'établissement du budget
  • Développement des processus de controlling et des outils de reporting
  • Coordination de projets, d'analyses ad hoc et de présentations

    • Votre profil :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Steuerberatung, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung eines Teams
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe analytische Fähigkeiten
