IT Administrator (m / f / d)
The Position
- Take over the full responsibility of the onsite support (1st – 3rd Level) for our headquarter in Stolberg
- Monitor and manage networks, backup-systems, desktops, servers and virtualization environments
- Install, configure and maintain user workstations, including patch management
- Create and manage Microsoft Active Directory- & Microsoft 365-accounts
- Support & maintenance of IT production line systems and servers
- Troubleshooting and documenting problems with servers, computers, networks, software and hardware, including recommending appropriate action
- Analyzing system hardware / software problems and developing solutions
