Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit und unbefristet einen Head of Sales (all genders). Wir leben Remote-First, aber Du kannst selbst wählen, ob Du durch Deine Nähe zu einem unserer Standorte hybrid oder ganz vor Ort arbeiten möchtest.

Aufgabenbereiche :

  • Du entwickelst unsere Sales- und Customer Success-Strategie weiter und sorgst für eine reibungslose Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Akquise bis zur langfristigen Bindung.
  • Du optimierst die Onboarding-Qualität durch die Weiterentwicklung von Activation- sowie Reactivation-Prozessen.
  • Du entwickelst ein standardisiertes Customer-Success Playbook und kümmerst dich um ein reibungsloses Feedback- & Beschwerdemanagement.
  • Du übernimmst das Controlling unserer Sales-KPIs, identifizierst Verbesserungsansätze und entwickelst unsere Vertriebsprozesse stetig weiter.
  • Du leitest unser Sales- und Customer Success-Team und förderst das Wachstum und die Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter.
  • Du arbeitest cross-funktional z.B. mit dem Marketing- und Produktteam zusammen, um für die beste Kundenzufriedenheit zu sorgen.

Stellenanforderungen :

  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales oder Customer Success und kannst nachweisbare Erfolge vorweisen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen und Teamorientierung ist dir wichtig.
  • Du kannst gut mit Leistungsdruck umgehen und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
  • Du kannst Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem C1-Niveau nachweisen.
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich IT oder Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
