ISCC certifications are widely recognised and cover sustainable agricultural biomass, biogenic wastes and residues, non-biological renewable materials and recycled carbon-based materials. The development and implementation of different certification standards is ISCC's tool to promote its mission to mitigate climate change and bring more traceability into global markets and supply chains. To date, ISCC holds more than 11,300 valid certificates in 129 countries.

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for new certification bodies interested in cooperating with ISCC, providing detailed information on key requirements and procedures.
- Reviewing and processing applications from new CBs until the signing of the cooperation agreement.
- Onboarding new CBs following the signing of the cooperation agreement through the CB onboarding package via email or virtual call.
- Continuously assessing and updating the requirements and procedures for ISCC cooperation with CBs in line with ISCC regulations.
- Participating in revising contract documentation relevant for ISCC cooperation.
- Independent assessment and review of CBs and auditors.
- Managing communications and notifications to CBs regularly.
- Setting up CB monitoring.
- Managing enquiries by certification bodies via dedicated mailbox, phone, or virtual meeting.
- Maintaining and updating the CB data in ISCC database.
- Preparing, organizing, and moderating CB feedback meetings.
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement processes as necessary.
- High level of understanding of CB processes, back office, and audits.
- Enjoy moderating larger groups.
- Strong socialising skills and likeability.
- Deep analytical skills for recognising weaknesses and implementing necessary measures.
- High level of solution-orientation and ability to take initiative.
- Ability to design and shape processes.
- High level of English and German language skills (written and spoken).
