Drive revenue growth by translating business unit strategy into actionable sales plans. Manage multi-channel, cross-regional market interdependencies. Create and implement targeted sales action plans to achieve department and business unit goals. Lead the sales department, setting and overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Identify and develop growth opportunities while ensuring department performance. Drive sales improvements and manage the department’s high-level calendar, prioritizing key events. Support the sales team at major client events, trade fairs, and industry forums, building relationships with key clients. Lead the sales team through product and country launches. Promote Nexaro's core values and vision, and people development of direct reports. Analyze sales performance using reports and sales analytics tools, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Develop and track sales KPIs, providing insights to the General Manager. Identify new business opportunities, market mix adjustments, and potential for country expansion. Highly cooperative with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Care, Product Management) to enhance client solutions, product development, and multi-channel offerings. Analyze market trends and feedback to improve products and service. Develop efficient after-sales services to strengthen client relationships and satisfaction. Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and initiate team training when needed. Work with the legal department to establish the legal and contract framework. Leading role in activities for the adoption, development, introduction and optimization of sales-related IT solutions in cooperation with relevant departments, to ensure the use of a sales-supporting IT solution along relevant sales process. OUR REQUIREMENTS Several years of professional experience in fast-paced, complex business environment. Masters degree in business related field. Motivated to work in a start-up environment within the cleaning industry, with high flexibility, assertiveness, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Exceptional leadership qualities combined with high flexibility, assertiveness and a strong team orientation. Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales team, aligning with company goals and vision to drive revenue growth. Expertise in acquiring and managing customer relationships, combined with the ability to analyze data-driven market information to develop effective market strategies. Global mindset, international and intercultural experiences. Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in B2B, autonomous devices, and commercial cleaning. Strong understanding of individual psychology related to motivation, engagement, and recognition. Proven experience in building and developing a sales business unit with a strong sales-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills in a global, multi-channel environment, with the Ability to transform complex information in an easy to understand, tailor made communication approach. Encourage open-minded, out-of-the-box thinking while easily connecting with new people and demonstrating strong relationship-building skills. Structured, analytical, and strategic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, strong resilience, and the ability to handle challenges with perseverance. Experience in reading and evaluating market and product situations and transforming them into measurable and successful business strategies. Experience in implementation of ERP systems. Business-fluent German and English. High level of willingness to travel is requested (~40-60%).
