KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Service Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day  In this high visibility role, you will be leading the global business for spare parts and maintenance services of switching products in the Grid Technologies Services Team within our Siemens Energy organization. You will be interfacing with global business owners as well as Customers, to ensure high-level service support. Also, you will be responsible for the optimization of the entire value chain, and its performance. Ultimately, you will also be responsible to develop your team to a high-performance organization. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Working with your offer manager peers in the global organization and coordinate your teams to ensure accurate but steady support in offer preparation and submission.
  • Working with your order manager peers in the global organization and coordinate your teams to ensure a reliable and efficient execution while coordinating supply chain partners, manufacturers, supplies and contractors.
  • Ensures risks are proactively identified, assessed, and managed to avoid negative impacts on the business performance.
  • Develop our business operations in a systematic and controlled manner, while assessing the impact on the global organization.
  • Ensures a good working relationship between the order, engineering and financial team and interfacing organizations.
  • You are accountable for the delivery of the business targets.

    • What You Bring

  • Technical education, such as university graduate in Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing global value chains, as well standardizing service portfolios in the transmission service industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading operational teams, as well as coordinating international networks of customers, partners and suppliers.
  • Experience within the electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with high voltage services, GIS and AIS is plus.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 and SAP.
  • Willingness to learn, flexible and good communication skills are necessary to be good effective in the role
  • Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking (German is not mandatory but it would be a plus).
