This role requires an accomplished engineering leader with aproven track record of scaling global organizations driving crossfunctional collaboration and delivering robust clouddriven and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as both alead architect and mentor fostering excellence acrossengineering practices tools and metricswhile staying ahead ofemerging technologies and evolving engineering methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Organizational Leadership & Strategy

Design and implement a robust engineering organizational blueprintthat ensures awellstructured highperformingteam with aclear emphasis on critical functions such as data engineering quality assurance and platform scalability.

Establish aculture of engineering excellenceby embeddingbest practices modern tooling operational discipline and clear KPIs / metricsto drive performance accountability and continuous improvement.

Manage capability and competence levels within the organizationto ensure sustained successamidst evolving technologies and new ways of working enabling agility adaptability and futureproofing the organization.

Ensure a strongcareer development framework empowering engineers and architects with structured growth trajectories while maintainingstrong ownership and accountabilityacross teams.

People & Financial Management

Oversee anengineering organization of 100 associatesdistributed acrossGermany Bulgaria Switzerland and India managing an associatedbudget of $1520 million.

Build and lead a highcaliber diverse and geographically distributedteam of engineers architects and technical leaders ensuring scalability and efficiency across global hubs.

Cloud & Data Engineering Expertise

Leverage deep expertise in Cloud Architectures(AWS Azure GCP) to design and implementscalable secure and highperformingsolutions.

Lead initiatives indata engineering includingdata pipelines processing analytics and storage to enable efficient and effective business insights.

Architect and drive bestinclass engineering practices ensuring high performance reliability and scalability ofcloudnative applications big data platforms and engineering automation.

Solution Delivery &

Drive thesuccessful ontime delivery of complex solutionsthat meet both business and technical needs.

Ensure seamless ofcloudbased deployments datadriven decisionmaking capabilities and platform enhancements.

Implementengineering automation strategies includingtesting automation quality assurance frameworks and AIdriven development toolsto enhance productivity and efficiency.

CrossFunctional Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with crossfunctional teams(Product Operations Data Science Commercial teams) to align onroadmaps technology investments and delivery timelines.

Foster innovation in software engineering integratingAI automation and copilot technologiesto enhance development efficiency and quality assurance.

Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimization

Strategicallystructure and scale global engineering teams ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Optimize the mix ofhighcost and lowcost development centersto maximize impact and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Extensive experience in engineering leadership with a focus onbuilding and scaling global teams across geographies.

Proven expertise in Cloud architectures distributed systems and data engineering frameworks.

Strong experience inengineering automation includingquality assurance testing automation and AIdriven development tools.

Demonstrated ability to design and implementdata pipelines largescale data processing systems and analytics platforms.

Deep understanding ofDevOps CI / CD best practices and data security principles.

Strong background in media measurement or related industriesis highly beneficial.

Experience inmanaging large budgets vendor relationships and contractor teamsin alignment with organizational goals.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across diverse teams and stakeholders.
