We are looking for Head of Talent Acquisition who will have an amazing opportunity to help build optimize and drive best in class talent initiatives for Delivery Hero across Europe region. You will become a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to develop and set direction for consistent ways of working across 18 markets across EU Turkey & APAC aligning with our peers globally.

You will be leading a team of talent acquisition partners focused on hiring for all roles at Delivery Hero across Austria Hungary Czech Republic Sweden Norway  Finland & Germany. You will develop the overall vision and longterm strategy for how this team will consistently partner with the business to deliver great outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing standard ways of working to include the candidate experience assessment / selection processes development of research / diversity equity and inclusion initiatives / sourcing strategies and will be the primary point of contact for the team and all regional leadership team.

Your mission :

Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and executive our TA strategy aligned with Delivery Heros growth objectives with an emphasis on our NonTech departments.

Leadership : Grow lead and mentor a team of recruiters while being a key partner to other leaders in TA.

Employer branding : Continue to strengthen our employer branding strategy

Hiring : oversee the daytoday recruitment for our NonTech teams across the countries. Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and scalable solutions in order to hire worldclass talent.

Stakeholder management : partner closely with our NonTech leaders to help achieve their hiring goals.

Data reporting and analytics : establish and monitor team metrics and individual KPIs for the team with the aim of elevating our hiring efforts. Track and report on key hiring activities with a focus on influencing positive change across our hiring processes.

Market intelligence : stay informed about industry trends across Europe while surfacing relevant insights for our leadership teams.

Diversity and inclusion : implement initiatives to promote D&I within our recruiting process. Partner with our internal communities and D&I team to ensure that D&I is at the forefront of our hiring efforts.

Your heroic skills :

• 8 years of talent acquisition experience including a minimum of 4 years managing a recruitment team

Experience supporting different regions is required.

Proven success leading scaling and leading teams with a track record of growth and development to drive high performance.

Deep understanding of NonTech roles competencies and market trends.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of business leaders.

Ability to utilize data effectively to drive performance and influence change across the TA landscape.
