As an Optician we offer you the opportunity to work as an employee for six months in one of our stores while preparing for future independent management. Experience the autonomy and benefits of self-employment in a supportive environment.

Über uns : What we offer :

• 6-Month Employment Phase : Work as an employee while simulating self-employment to prepare for independent management.
• Financial Security : During this phase, you will receive a commission of at least 35% on all store sales. From this commission, you will cover personnel and rental costs. We guarantee that at least 3,000 euros will remain after these costs.

Comprehensive Training : Intensive training and continuous support to develop your entrepreneurial skills.

Regular Evaluation : Ongoing evaluation and feedback to optimally prepare you to self-employment.
