Platform Adoption : Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation. Team Management : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Required Skills and Experience : Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment.
