The CoordinatorCredit / Collections (m / w / d) is responsible for the cash application for Austria, Germany & the cashcollection forSwitzerland.

Thisposition will be an onsite position in our office at BeckmanCoulter in Krefeld, Germany and reports to the ManagerCredit / Collections.

Inthis role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Enter manually the cashapplication and enter missing receipts to Autolockboxfile.
• Review and reconcile customer accountsfor collection efforts
• Run the Netting on aweekly basis.
• Complete all the adjustments : applies & write off's.
• Clean up thecustomer ledgers.
• Make customers' phone callsto enquiry payment details and paymentqueries.
• Run the sales journal and the unposteditems report.
• Perform the month end closingactivities.
• Perform cash collection forSwitzerland.
