Maintenance Technician

The Facility Assistant is responsible for the following operations and should primarily enjoy the work, be a good team player, have an interest in the tenants, and embody the brand values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with operational responsibilities, occupational safety, and fire protection regulations.
• Support the Residence Manager with daily tasks.
• Manage building systems (control, error analysis, and troubleshooting).
• Perform minor repair work (apartment maintenance).
• Coordinate and oversee external companies (maintenance work and inspections).
• Handle move-in and move-out management (inspection and condition assessment).
• Perform cleaning tasks (interior / exterior maintenance, winter services).
• Assist in the implementation of investment projects.
• Support the execution of events.
• Provide technical on-call service outside office hours.
