StellenbeschreibungProvide a secondary degree (BAC) or equivalent Have a proven experience of minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management and / or a proven experience in a similar activity Show strong leadership skills Take initiative Have strong organizational skills Occasionally accept to work shifts (24 / 7) Be familiar with standard office applications Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written) Accept Duty Travel Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data Have a previous experience in aviation environment Have good knowledge in EASA Part-145 and Part-M / -CAMO Attend and pass successfully the required mandatory trainings according to the area of activity Show user skills in the software used in Technics Have basic Project Management skills Experience in a similar leadership function would be an advantage Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
For our department Technics within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :
Stores Coordinator (m / f / x)
Main duties :
- Supervise the department and dedicated staff to ensure efficient operations
- Establishes and manage the shift plan for the department, ensuring coverage at all times
- Supervise the proper handling of Aircraft parts, tools and materials during storage in compliance with current legal and internal regulations
- Responsible for the incoming and shipping process
- Responsible for the material transfer process between local storage premises
- Responsible for the ongoing control and physical inventory of aircraft spare parts, tools, materials
- Responsible for the shelf-life survey of all stored material and coordinate appropriate actions as needed
- Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics to define appropriate personal development initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall department processes by writing, updating, and implementing procedures, instructions and processes
- Ensure and maintain the functionality of the storage devices and proper housekeeping procedures for all material storage, shipping and receiving areas
