For our department Technics within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :

Stores Coordinator (m / f / x)

Main duties :

  • Supervise the department and dedicated staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Establishes and manage the shift plan for the department, ensuring coverage at all times
  • Supervise the proper handling of Aircraft parts, tools and materials during storage in compliance with current legal and internal regulations
  • Responsible for the incoming and shipping process
  • Responsible for the material transfer process between local storage premises
  • Responsible for the ongoing control and physical inventory of aircraft spare parts, tools, materials
  • Responsible for the shelf-life survey of all stored material and coordinate appropriate actions as needed
  • Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain Management & Logistics to define appropriate personal development initiatives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the overall department processes by writing, updating, and implementing procedures, instructions and processes
  • Ensure and maintain the functionality of the storage devices and proper housekeeping procedures for all material storage, shipping and receiving areas

Required profile :

Minimum required criteria

  • Provide a secondary degree (BAC) or equivalent
  • Have a proven experience of minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management and / or a proven experience in a similar activity
  • Show strong leadership skills
  • Take initiative
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Occasionally accept to work shifts (24 / 7)
  • Be familiar with standard office applications
  • Show good communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written)
  • Accept Duty Travel
  • Maintain the strict confidentiality of the data
  • Desired or to be acquired criteria

  • Have a previous experience in aviation environment
  • Have good knowledge in EASA Part-145 and Part-M / -CAMO
  • Attend and pass successfully the required mandatory trainings according to the area of activity
  • Show user skills in the software used in Technics
  • Have basic Project Management skills
  • The ideal candidate

  • Experience in a similar leadership function would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
