We are looking for a native German-speaking HR Payroll Specialist (m / f / d) to join our team in Osnabrück. This role involves managing payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. We offer flexible working arrangements, including full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours / week) options, with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently execute payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle personnel changes (new hires, terminations, contract adjustments) and update payroll records accordingly.
  • Provide expert advice on tax and social security matters, ensuring compliance with German regulations.
  • Act as a liaison with government authorities and prepare detailed payroll reports.

Your Profile :

  • Native-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of German payroll regulations and experience with SAP HR or similar systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • What We Offer :

  • Competitive gross annual salary, up to 44,000 for full-time; part-time salaries prorated.
  • Performance Bonus for Full time, 22,000 EUR annually.
  • Flexible working hours with a hybrid work model.
  • Working schedule :  Mon-Fri : 09.00-18.00
