Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h / week.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• In your role as a Global HR BP for Finance, you understand the respective priorities and needs of the units, to develop global HR strategies together with the leaders, and ensure their implementation in collaboration with your HR colleagues in the regions and competence centers.
• You support the further development of the units, lead the HR-relevant part of strategic projects, and accompany organizational development.
• You work with the Finance leadership teams to promote global talent development and drive cultural change.
• Your area of responsibility also includes building a stable succession pipeline and filling key positions.
• You coach and support leaders regarding their leadership effectiveness and changes in the work environment.
• You develop targeted solutions for defined HR topics and projects within the Finance organization and support their implementation.
• You lead complex and international projects based on current and long-term strategic HR challenges.
