What your day will look like :
In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the HR Position for European operation. Your regular duties will include :
- Develop and implement human resource policies for the company’s employees.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Provides accurate and constructive quality assessments of the company’s employees.
- Ensures that the company complied with all the laws and regulations set by the government.
- Maintains organized records and files of all the company’s employees.
- Helps the operations manager in motivating and supporting the staff.
- Examines key business measures for regulatory compliance and digital marketing roles of businesses and analyzes the effectiveness of companies and business profitability.
- Implements worker training and dismissal in compliance with business rules.
- Organizing team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong working relationships and camaraderie among employees.
- Promoting the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
